Peter Kuo

Peter is a Venture Partner with Novo Tellus. He is co-founding partner of Canyon Bridge, a private equity firm focused on hardware technology. He is also the founder and CEO of PTK Technologies, which sponsored an NYSE-listed special purpose acquisition corporation that subsequently merged with Valens Semiconductor (NYSE: VLN), where Peter serves on the Board of Directors. Prior to founding PTK and Canyon Bridge, Peter was a managing director at Lazard, where he led the firm’s coverage of the China technology and consumer sectors. He began his investment career at Pacific Venture Group, a Taiwan-based VC firm and also practiced law at Davis Polk & Wardwell. During his career, he has worked on transactions worth more than $100 billion.

Peter holds a BSFS from Georgetown University, a JD from Harvard Law School and is a Fulbright Scholar.
