Himanshu Punjabi

Himanshu is a Senior Associate at Novo Tellus. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate Vice President at Kotak Alternate Asset Managers, where he worked with the Strategic Situations Fund on end‑to‑end investments across industrials, healthcare, and financial services. His experience spans transaction structuring, diligence, portfolio value creation initiatives, and supporting portfolio companies through IPO readiness.

Previously, Himanshu worked with EY‑Parthenon, focusing on profitability improvement and go‑to‑market strategy for consumer businesses, and with BDA Partners and Rabo India Securities, advising on cross‑border M&A and growth capital transactions. He began his career in assurance with M.P. Chitale & Co.
Himanshu holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from H.R. College. He is also a Chartered Accountant.
