Joseph Shan

Joe is a Senior Associate with Novo Tellus Capital Partners. Prior to joining Novo Tellus, Joe was a management consultant with Bain & Company in the USA, where he advised clients across private equity due diligence, commercial strategy, and manufacturing excellence. Earlier in his career, Joe was a process engineer with JSR’s Electronic Materials group, supporting the world’s largest semiconductor chip manufacturers in their technology ramps, and subsequently as an engagement manager at Citrine Informatics, supporting F500 clients with enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies for data-driven materials and chemicals development.

Joe holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA/MA dual degree from the Wharton School and the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
