Swee Lin Lim

Director

Swee Lin is a Director with Novo Tellus Capital Partners, leading professional and portfolio development for the firm. Her foundation for people development and coaching is built from working in the professional development function with McKinsey & Company, complimented with additional certifications from The Marissa Peer School and Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Working as an executive and integrative wellness coach, she has also been a faculty member of the Marissa Peer School.

Swee Lin was previously a management consultant at McKinsey, where she worked with clients across Asia in industrial and B2B sectors, particularly in the areas of branding, customer segmentation, pricing, trade and revenue management. Her career with McKinsey has included internal roles in Strategy and Operations, Professional Development and Recruitment the Global Ombudsman Office, Asian Women’s Initiative and its New People Asia Strategy. Prior employers include A.T. Kearney, Boston Consulting Group (as a summer intern), a-Connect, Tenneco Automotive Asia, the Economic Development Board of Singapore and Viva Foundation for Children with Cancer. She has also been a board member with Lien Aid, a non-profit organization under Lien Foundation.

Swee Lin holds her MBA from The Wharton School, with a double major in Strategy and Finance, and a BSc from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Out of her passion to help people get into and sustain good health, she authored and published the book “10 Easy Habits Of Eating Well, Being Well” in 2016.
